In December 2009, Vortech Consulting acquired the digital marketplace sales tracking and processing software from the SWGN digital marketplace. SWGN previously specialized in the resale of Internet gaming guides, software, and products. Vortech is discontinuing the resale of SWGN's Internet gaming related products and will be altering the digital marketplace software for the purposes of resale of it own digital products effective Jan 1st, 2010. During the transition phase, Vortech will continue to provide vendor and affiliate payouts and provide product refund services for existing SWGN vendors, affiliates, and customers.
